Disgusting

Here's a blog posting about a rape case in Philidelphia. Apparently, Judge Teresa Carr Deni does not understand the basic crime of rape. In her world, if you are a prostitute, getting raped is an "occupational hazard." This Judge Deni should not be on the bench. She's a disgrace to the profession and her actions here should qualify as malpractice.

After dismissing the charges against the defendant, he raped another girl 4 days later.
